Christmas Gift

OK, so I've been meaning to blog about this. At first i couldn't because not everyone got theirs let, then i forgot about it. Well, the other day i received a email from one of my friends who received on of my Christmas gifts. And well, she loves it :)
In my family, as the family has been growing we pretty much stopped giving gifts out. Yes my parents still give the grand kids gifts and we get a little money. But we don't get to open any presents. So after Christmas last year, i thought of something that would be easy to make and I'm sure everyone would like it. (at least i hope they did).
I come from a baking family. And I LOVE to bake, it's pretty much a hobby, well, kind of. It's just something i like to do.
So in a years time, i took recipes that have been in the family. I tried new recipes. If they made the cut, they went in the book. Also, with me liking pictures. How can i not have had photos in the book. Of course not all of the recipes have a photo, most of them did.
My thought on it, when i get older and am looking for a recipe i made 2-3 years back. If i just look for the picture i am more likely to find it and make it again :)
This was a fun project to make, many stops to the UPS store in Mitchell and I'm glad I'm all finished :)
